I currently have a custom blog being made and I'm very excited! It will showcase my photographs beautifully. With the new blog, I'll be starting 5 Photos I Love every Monday. I will share 5 of my favorite, most moving photographs of the week. The photos will come from both my work and work of other fabulous photographers.

Baby Belly!

A friend of mine was back in town last weekend. She's due in August and I photographed her adorable belly when she was here. I had her and her husband climbing around in the grass and they were such troopers!

Joseph 8th Grade Promotion

I was asked to take pictures of the Joseph Jr. High 8th grade promotion, which turned out to be completely chaotic, but super fun. All the kids were so dressed up and excited for their dance afterwards. I really enjoyed photographing them.

It was windy and freezing outside, but these kids were troopers. Their hats and sashes kept flying off, but we managed to get a couple decent shots.

I'm doing OK with the 365 Project. I missed a day or two while I wasn't feeling good, but I still managed to get some fun shots! Here's a couple from last weekend.

365 Project-the 1st week

It's only been a few days, but I'm enjoying the project so far. It's making me constantly think in composition mode.
I haven't been feeling so hot so I haven't gone out of my way to get any shots, but that's OK...it's still fun! In fact 2 of the pictures are of my fabulous juices. I'm juicing to try and detox since I haven't been feeling so well.

365 Project in Wallowa County

I'm challenging myself. I'm going to start the 365 Project. Every day I have to take a photograph......for 365 days! I'm very excited about this. O the memories I will catch and hopefully those moments of, "I wished that I had my camera, but didn't!" will happen less.

This project gives me a reason to take a photograph every day and I know it will help my photography grow and improve.
Here is day 1:

Wallowa Valley Festival of Arts in Joseph, Oregon
